Mark is the Founder and Managing Principal of a search fund, First Light Capital
Partners.

 

Mark became interested in search funds after a successful run in the lower middle markets. Between 2015 and 2018, as a consultant, Mr. Abramovich advised Charles Jones LLC, a lower middle-market provider of real estate title search services.

Mark resides in Brooklyn with his wife Rebekah and their cats Sky and Leia and their dog Argos. He received his B.A. from New York University and his MBA from Wharton. He is a prior United States Marine Corps Officer.
